VALIDITY OF THE TERMS OF SALE:

These terms regulate the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customer of the online store irondust.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and IRON DUST OÜ (hereinafter referred to as irondust.eu).

In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising between the parties in the purchase of goods in the online store are regulated by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

irondust.eu reserves the right to change the terms of sale and prices. The mentioned changes are displayed on the irondust.eu website.

PRICES:

All prices in the online store irondust.eu include value-added tax (VAT).

PLACING AN ORDER:

To place an order, select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the web page.

You can change the quantity of a product in the cart by entering the desired amount in the designated field. To remove a product from the cart, click the “X” next to the product price.

Before placing your order, please choose the appropriate delivery method. For orders over €100, delivery within Estonia is free of charge.

Proceed to checkout by clicking the “Place Order” button. If you are already a registered user of irondust.eu, log in to your account. If you are ordering for the first time, enter your contact details under “New Customer.” Confirm your order by clicking the “Confirm” button. You will receive a proforma invoice, which you can pay immediately via credit card, bank link, or bank transfer.

An order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address. You can view your previous orders and invoices at any time in your account under “My Profile.”

Your order will be shipped after the invoice has been paid.

ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES AGREEMENT:

By clicking the “Confirm” button, the Customer binds themselves to the obligations related to placing and paying for the order.

The sales agreement enters into force upon receipt of the full payment for the order into the bank account of IRON DUST OÜ.

DELIVERY:

After the sales agreement has entered into force (after the Customer has paid the invoice), irondust.eu prepares the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery.

Orders placed and paid for on business days before 13:00 will be delivered the next day or according to the delivery time indicated on the product page. Delivery to the islands may take up to 3 days. If the shipment is delayed for any reason, the irondust.eu customer service will contact the Customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.

To ensure timely delivery, please carefully check the accuracy of the delivery information you provide.

If the product (not the packaging) is delivered to the Customer damaged, it will be replaced with a new one. If replacement is not possible, the Customer will be refunded the value of the damaged product.

irondust.eu is not responsible for delays in delivery if the product was handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay was caused by circumstances beyond irondust.eu’s control or unforeseeable events.

RIGHT OF RETURN:

Goods purchased from the irondust.eu online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the Customer is not satisfied with the product ordered, they may return it without providing a reason.

The returned product must be sent back immediately but no later than 14 days after submitting the return request.

The right of return does not apply to cosmetics for body, hand, hair, or skin care. Returned items must be unused and in intact, undamaged packaging.

If the Customer must cover the cost of return shipping, the Customer will be reimbursed for both the product price and the shipping costs within 14 days after the return request has been received.

The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the product:

  • was made according to the Customer’s personal preferences or specifications;
  • cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery (cosmetics, etc.);
  • was mixed or combined with other goods such that separation is impossible;
  • has a defect caused by improper or incorrect use (failure to follow instructions);
  • has mechanical damage (e.g., dropped or broken);
  • shows normal wear and tear or minor flaws that do not affect its usability or value.

The consumer bears the cost of returning goods only if the seller informed them of this prior to concluding the contract. If this information was not provided, the seller must bear the return costs.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the seller must refund the delivery cost paid when placing the order (if applicable). If the consumer partially withdraws from the order, delivery costs are refunded proportionally.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at IRON DUST within 14 days from receiving the order.
Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • has not been opened or used;
  • is in its original, undamaged packaging;
  • is not in the category of products with limited return rights (e.g., items contacting the body, or supplements requiring special storage conditions).

Please note:
Sport nutrition products (including protein, amino acids, fat burners, etc.) can only be returned unopened and in intact packaging.
We do not accept returns of products with broken seals or damaged packaging for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

LIABILITY:

irondust.eu and the Customer are liable for damage caused to the other party due to violation of these terms, as determined by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

FORCE MAJEURE:

irondust.eu is not responsible for any damage or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control or unforeseeable events.

PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

Information and personal data collected during visits to the irondust.eu website and when placing orders are treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.

When paying for purchases through a bank link with encrypted data transmission, the security of the Customer’s personal banking information is ensured.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:

If a product does not meet the requirements or is found to be defective, please send a complaint to info@irondust.eu.

The complaint should include:

  • Customer’s name and contact details;
  • Date of submission of the complaint;
  • Description of the defect or issue;
  • Request or demand addressed to irondust.eu;

Reference to documentation confirming the transaction or warranty, or attach copies of relevant documents to the complaint. irondust.eu will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it. If irondust.eu cannot respond within 15 days, the Customer will be informed in writing of the reason and the date when a response will be provided.

irondust.eu is not responsible for defects caused by the Customer’s fault or improper storage or use. Defects refer to issues with the product itself, not with its packaging.

If the product does not comply with the sales agreement and has defects or faults, the Customer has the right to request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, or causes unreasonable inconvenience, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.
